Licensed Showing Assistant
Are you a real estate agent who loves working with home buyers? This position could be a perfect start for you that will lead to more opportunities within our team. Our expert Buyer’s Agents can’t always get their buyers out to see homes, so that is where a Showing Assistant comes in. You will work with the team to get the buyers into homes when they want to see them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide world-class customer service to buyers
- Assist the Buyer’s Agents by showing homes to buyer clients
- Commitment to putting clients first
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and/or home seller
- Participate in consultations with clients to discover their property desires
- Go-getter attitude
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Always displays a positive attitude
- Display a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Communicates in a professional manner
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, final walk throughs, etc.
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and/or texts
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Regularly assure buyer clients that lead agent is involved and informed
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Work Open Houses
- Reliable Transportation
- Attend team educational classes
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid Real Estate License and positive attitude is required for this job.
